Not only can your visit the tallest building, but you can stay there whilst on your holiday in Lanzarote because the tallest building is the five star Arrecife Gran Hotel.

Located in the capital, Arrecife, the Arrecife Gran Hotel can be found right next to the Reducto Beach and only 5 minutes walk to the main shopping areas.

Arrecife became the capital of the island of Lanzarote back in 1824 and today is home to half of the island’s population and is a bustling working town.  It is an ideal base from which to explore the rest of the island, although if you stay in the capital you will find an array of good shops [especially in the main street of Leon y Castillo], tapas bars and restaurants.

There is a good beach, waterfront gardens and an attractive promenade. Arrecife Gran Hotel

You will not fail to notice the 8-storey hotel, which can be found down at the beach front. If you would like to stay at the Arrecife Gran Hotel then you will benefit from some excellent leisure facilities including a Spa Centre, which has the latest equipment.

There is also a sauna, Turkish bath, sensation pool, hydro massage showers, massage rooms and a good selection of beauty treatments.  The heated swimming pools [one for adults and one for children] will provide you with excellent views over the beach and to the city itself.  Don’t worry about space to relax as there are spacious sun terraces surrounding the pools.

If you are staying for dinner at the Arrecife Gran Hotel, then you will be able to dine in the Altamar Restaurant and enjoy both international cuisine and dishes from around the Mediterranean.  Alternatively, there is a buffet restaurant from where you can enjoy views of the bay.

So why not stay in the tallest building in Lanzarote – a lovely five star hotel at the centre of the capital of Lanzarote.
